I have an Autolite 4100 number C5ZF-F. There is a shaft that goes through the back of the choke housing that the piston lever in the choke housing attaches to. Is there any type of seal where the shaft goes through the housing?

 

The answer is there is there is no seal. The shaft fits tight enough that leakage is minimal.
