What are common diff. Swaps on a 69 mustang? Help please

That's right I forgot about the oil pan and sump. He will have to change the pump if he doesn't run the serpentine setup because a fox body uses a reverse rotation water pump. Finding a radiator that will fit that is drivers side outlet will be a little difficult as well since most aftermarket mustang parts suppliers only sell the passenger outlet.

I'm getting the inlet/outlet mixed up. He is talking about the bottom tube, which would be correct you want a drivers side tube on the bottom with the fox body water pump. For some reason I was thinking the top tube.

oh alright, do you think if It would be ok if I get a 69 style radiator that does have the tranny cooling included ?

I believe we used a Champion Radiator. They have both Driver side and passenger side outlets available in 20" and 24" core with 2,3, and 4 row. I think it was bought from Jegs. We screwed up the first time with outlet, the second time with size but the third time was a charm and it has worked quite well. The installed engine was an '87 Bronco 302 with a 3 speed in the car when we got it. Original was a 6 cylinder. Bronco needed a driver side outlet. Don't skimp on the cooling!

So im looking at this Radiator from Mishimoto (link: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/m.../model/mustang ) what caught my attention is their warranty since other summit racing radiators have a 1 year warranty. but i don't know much about the Mishimoto brand.

do NOT buy an edelcrap carb. do not do it. buy a holley or quick fuel.
run a 180 degree t stat unless you live at the north pole or close to it. if you use an oversized rad, a high flow water pump and high flow milodon t stat are good upgrades but if your engine is near stock and not bored more than .030" over, just a good rad and good fan and original type rad shroud will be enough.
