Default Mustang II Front Suspension issues

I have a Rod and Custom Mustang II Front Suspension with Adjustable QA1s set up on my 67 Coupe. Love the way it handles but not the way it handles bumps. They car feels like I have no suspension if I hit any type of bump too fast. My gut tells me that it is too soft and feels like it is bottoming out or is so stiff that it isnt giving enough? Just looking for ideas right now. The car is in Ohio with friend while I am deployed so I cant do much troubleshooting right now. Thanks for any help anyone can provide

If it is too stiff you are definitely going to feel every bump in the road.
