Well, it doesn't exactly look like a Mustang, but it is Mustang powered. I built this Mercedes SSK kit from a 78 Mustang II rolling chassis.

if by kit you mean the little plastic models, than yes, my garage is full of them.....i bet i could still put one together without the instruction.... my favorite one was a 68 shelby gt500, i airbrushed it black with red interior..... my god it looked real i swear! speaking of kit car though, i heard rumors of a company getting ready to remanufacture mustang fiberglass molds of the whole car!!! Where does it end? i mean it was bad enough with people making fake shelbys, pretty soon thats all your gonna see

No, this is not a plastic model. Did you even look at the picture? I drove that car for about 10K miles before I sold it.
