Default wheels/tires

Sorry, I know there's a sticky, but I searched through there for a while and couldn't find this combination, so I thought I'd ask people more knowledgeable than I:
Going to 5 lug from 4 on a 1970 convertible, and putting in the chockostang brake kit, so I'm trying to figure out wheels/tires that will look good, won't break the bank, and won't rub or cause any other issues. I found the chart, and this combo appears on there a few times, but just wanted to confirm whether this will truly fit without modifications of the fender or other parts:

American Racing AR62 Outlaw II, 16x8 Wheel with 5 on 4.5 Bolt Pattern - Machined with Clear Coat - AR626865 Wheel Rim
  • Size: 16.00x8.00 Offset: 0 Bolt Pattern: 5x114.30, backspace: 4.5
  • 83.06mm Hub
  • Aluminum Wheel with Machined
Would use those on all 4 wheels, and for tires:
225/50/r16 on front
245/50/r16 on back
Only other question would be whether to stagger the wheel sizes, with 15's up front?
Thanks!
