Default Launch rev limiter (2step)

Hello everyone, I own a 1968 mustang and am trying to figure a way to install a 2 step rev limiter but with a momentary switch. I have a 302 HO out of a 87 mustang switch to carb and as well I have a pertronix distributor and coil.

I’ve been seeing people online and the internet have mustangs like mine with the two step system but I wasn’t sure how to set it up. Pertronix makes a 2 step ignition box which I emailed them about but they said there ignition box could not be setup to a momentary button (for launches) but instead it was set up as an all the time on fatal rev limiter.

I’ve seen that MSD has there own system but I know it won’t work with Pertronix equipment so I need to find a work around to be able to use the rev limiter momentary

So with that I was looking to find a way to setup a launch rev limiter with the rev limiter not being on all the time but me being able to put in a momentary button switch to only activate it when I press the button

Plus it would be a fun add on to rev the car up and hear the pops and bangs of it being capped off at 3500

Thanks in advance to everyone!
