Passenger side Turn signal stuck on.. wont flash any ideas?

Passenger side Turn signal stuck on.. wont flash any ideas?
Hello
The passenger side turn signal wont flash. When signal is on the rear light comes on but stays lit and wont flash. The front amber is out
This quit working about a day ago. I did install some wiring for a fan controller but it should not have caused any turn signal issues... but its at least a coincidence.
1) all lights work, The ambers up front light up when park light switch is set
2) brake lights work
3) tail lights work
4) DS signal works
5) I believe the blinker switch is okay because it does cause the PS side tail light to illuminate but not flash DS works as expected.
6) flasher relay maybe okay it at least works with DS. Im assuming its the same contacts it only has 2 wires going to it...
7) switching amber lights from DS to PS does not change things
The only notable issue besides it not flashing is the PS amber light is not stuck on like the tail light it is out (but works when park lights are set)

Check
Check the ground and bulb. Start simple.
