Clutch Selection

Could someone please suggest what 11" clutch/p. plate to use that will provide the best clamping force with low to moderate effort for a strong 351 Cleveland?

I am not sure about mustang applications. For my F250 7.3L LUK is the recommended clutch.

LUK is one of the best you can get for a stock setup.

i have a Luk in my truck, it works fine.
