RE: Can i trust these?
I jacked up a corner of my porch with some, I would but I don't know if anyone else would...I would worry more about them slipping and falling over then anything else, and that would be hard to do

1 ton is like 2,000 pounds right? OH well i was already under the car on my creeper. I got a kit with a 2 ton jack two 2ton stands and a creeper for $30 I am gonna buy two more stands so i can put the car up on four stands when i do disc brakes.

I have them on the solid frame rails so i should be fine. Its just hard to trust two $10 stands to hold the car up, but now i think i trust them. And plus if something did happen (when no one is under the car) I could probably go after the makers of the jack considering i have pictures of the jacks being properly placed. Ok now i am just stretching it.

They'll hold the weight but you run into troble when the car is put into a position where it can shift. Please be very carefull. Always keep in mind that the car may shift from something as simple as turning a nut. Safety is no accident!!!
