independant rear suspension?
Any one have any ideas on an independant rear suspenion for the classic mustangs? i have found a place that has one but it is $8000. if you guys are interested in an irs setup for the old stangs this is what i have found. http://www.geocities.com/ctmengineering/mustanghome.htm People tell me about taking the independant setups out of mustang cobras or even thunderbirds but i dont even know where to begin on how to adapt that to my 65. Any information on either adapting one to my car or knowing where to get full kits would be more than helpful.
Thanks for your time and info,
Allen

Has other sources as well...and for a lot of conversions to newer technology, not just IRS.

I've ask the same question before. I'd love to put a IRS in my 67. My stang has a 9" in it already, so a 4 link with a pan hard bar or watts link would be sweet! I also made the offer if anyone can design a 4 link, supply me with prints, I'll fabricate it on one on my CNC mills. I've seen the IRS built by CTM. I think its alittle pricy.
