IMO lime gold is by far the ugliest color that Ford ever put on a Mustang... i mean it looks like throw up lol. I think though if i were to go with a green color on any Mustang, i think it would defintely have to be either: jade green, highland green, or moss green. They are the darker green of the bunch, and a better way to look at it, jade green looks gray in sun, but oh no its really green. I would never go wih green or purple anyhow (more of a silver or black kinda guy) but seriously if you are trying to go with lime green on a 67-68 DONT!!! it looks like hell seriously..[:'(]

HEY, Have you forgotten that I own a Lime Gold, 67 Convertible??? THere is going to be a beat down up in here.
HAHAHAHA. im joking. It's defonately not a color i would put on a car, but it kinda grows on you after looking at it for 3 years. I like Red, and silver.

not trying to cut cars down, i just never really took to well with lime gold....IDK i like silver frost, which is the original color of mine, but it looks kinda blue under some light, by some light i mean between 1200 pm and 500 pm in the morning its silver but the afternoon its bluish..... weiiird

yea, if I were to paint mine green like that I didnt mean it would be exactly like that...I would have different wheels and black it out some. But I like the purple too so I wasnt sure, I think Im gonna go with the purple when the time comes for it. Currently I have a set of wheels off a 05 on my 67 and they look awesome.

Hi there Guys
I Have just purchased my first mustang (I am in Australia)
It was Lime Gold and someone tryed to spray it dark green.
So i am sanding it back and going to paint it dark purple
It looks black untill you get it into the sun light then the purple is seen
