can you all help
drill out the spot welds cut the panel out with a air chiesel or torch or plasma cutter or cut off wheel just dont get the panel to hot as to not warp it, fit on the other car weld it on and smooth out with body filler if u dont know how to weld i advise against it
Its a bit more involved than that. I would recomend taking it to a body shop to have it done. Swapping quarters is not something a beginner wants to do. Its very easy to make it look like complete and utter crap. I woudnt want to make expensive mistakes on a 70 Mustang, especially if its a fast back. Metal work takes skill and knowledge, if you want to try it, it is your car. Its not as easy as bolting on a front fender, and even that can be goofed up pretty bad..
You did not say how bad, bad is?
If it is a little rust, a patch panle will work and only take a weekend. If it was a rear-ender (only an example), take it to a body shop.

This will give you an idea of what is all involved. If you are this skilled and have all these tools, then go for it. If it were mine, I would first explore the idea of patching the current panel, then if it was eaten up too much, I would take it to a body shop. http://www.mustangmonthly.com/howto/26739/
Thanks for the help, im riley low on cash lol collage seems to do that. Im more in to the engine and trany, last year I rebuilt my 65 with a 302 I built a new c4 trany wiring kit, ext. but she only gets about 9-12 mpg. This project I hope will give me one working car I can have as a dally driver. One car is a 70 grand, and the other is a 70 coupe. They both have there problems but in different areas. Ok well thank you all for you time and help hope to tock to you all later.
