65 coupe floor pan question???

Default 65 coupe floor pan question???

i am planing to install floor pans and toe pans, pretty much everything exept the tunnell...when cuttiing out floor pans, is there any thing attach to floor pans like fuel lines, any electrical lines or anything that can be possibly cut by accident??? thank you for any responses....

yes, the fuel line runs on the drivers side. watch out for it. there are also brackets for the e-break next to the transmition tunel.

the best thing to do is to get up under your car and look at everythingso you will know exactly whats under there. the main things are fuel lines brake lines and the emergency brake

agreed. not to sound like a dick, but i think some people dont think before they post. if you want to know what's under the floorpan, get under the car and look. yes that did sound dick'ish...oh well.

I totally agree with the look under. if your not a only owner who nows what chop jobs the previous owners may have done there could be anything under there.[:@]

good day, if my memory is correct your you have no electrical to worry about , those wire`s run thru your door gutters. Your brake line runs thru your trans tunnel, your fuel line runs from the rear passenger side right frame rail up to the torque box, that will be an issue. If your gonna do it your self invest in some good seam sealer, measure twice cut once.
