Once i get my compressor i was thinking about spraying the under carriage with some black RE. I figure that you must first get all of the dirt and stuff off, but here is my really stupid question. Can this stuff be sprayed over light surface rust to like block and stop it or do i need to use something else? Thanks for the help!

 

por 15 sells a kit that includes a metal degreaser,a metal prep and then the encapsulator they claim u can use just the por15 by it self though (paint over rust)
