i know this isnt a mustang topic exactly but the AC cobra is pretty close family...anyways...i was just wonder what those black pieces of metal are extending out of the back of the cars are? are they "bumpers" to make it street legal or what?

well if they are "bumper guards" i sure as hell wouldnt trust them to save me in a collision[:@]
