trunk restoration

Default trunk restoration

i have a 1970 mustang coupe, the trunk is gutted and i want to fix it up. iv been planning on a carpet kit but im open to any suggestions. if i do get a carpet kit what one do u think i should get, what will fit?

many part vendors carry repo trunk mats, such a NPD Scott drake, Virgina Classic, etc etc.. You can do the cheap vinal junk that looks ok, or spend the money and get the cloth stuff. I believe yours should be black and gray splatter design if im not mistaken

what other years and makes will fit? one carpet kit i found asks u to choose from 1965-66 coupe 1965-66 fastback 1967-68 coupe 1969-70 fastback 1971-73 coupe, which one will fit a 1970 coupe. will any of them? this is at www.sacramento-mustang.com

im not to sure about that one. Although NPD and Scott drake carry a very good selection. The thing about fastback is that the runks are shortened, so i dont think they will fit. However i know for a fact that NPD will carry them heres the link
