Default suspensions for old stangs

does anyone have some recomendations/feedback for suspensions for old stangs?

mine is a 64 1/2 coupe with 289/302 maybe a 351w later with a 9" or 8.8

i did notice globalwest has some really complete suspensions but i am not sure about 2500 on a suspension before i know it is good...

but for now i am thinking of just a set of springs and shocks maybe some chasis support and roll bars

Mustang Monthly did an article a couple weeks ago about how to install one of those global west suspension kits but i cant remember what month it was. They talked like it was a top notch suspension kit.

well it was a november issue, but they have a dec. issue on it for some reason there a month ahead[&:] but the cover has a red 66 getting a engine dropped in, i know because i used it to look at the sway bar last night lol. I personally have grab-a-trak suspension from mustangs plus. I have absolutly no problem or gripes about it. The car is stiffer than hell, and really feels smooth going through turns at high rates of speed.
