okay found out today while having a grant steering wheel installed...the bolt thats on the steering where you place the steering wheel and then put nut to secure steering wheel...the bolt is lost threaded where can i find this part and who sells them...thank for any replies..

Would be nice to know what year Mustang you are talking about... Don't know of a bolt holding the sterring wheel on, lol.

 

I beleive he is talking about the end of the Shaft. Your pretty screwed there pal. I suggest buying a tap and die set, and rethreading it.

your right its the shaft and the thread are cross threaded...i thought about rethreading or getting that part off a 66 coupe parts car i have...i was just wondering if you can buy the part...sounds like it would be more easier to just rethread it...thank you 6mustang6...[sm=exactly.gif]
