Default RE: clutch fan?

Thanks to each of you. I don't have passwords to my albums. I may be able to get the fan from a friend just down the road a couple miles. He has a bunch of 65-73 parts cars and he may turn loose of a fan. I'm getting a spare 66 wheel from him. He found a 66 Hertz Shelby near here last summer and bought it from the 2nd? owner for a very, very good [as in it would make you sick low] price, and it's one of the 4spd cars! The car has been stored in a concrete floor garage since '72 or '73 and not driven since then. It only has 40some thousand miles and is an incredible find. No, it's not a clone. I saw it again yesterday and it has the Shelby VIN plate and the pass. inner fender top is stamped the same. The car still hasn't had the dust washed off it in years and years. I'll ask him if we can push it out for some pics, but I'm not sure he'll want to. He has 4 Shelbys now and doesn't even start them. He got the first one as a teenager in the 70s. They're not for sale. I'd love to help him restore one of them, or even just get the Hertz car running again, but I don't think he ever will. He just likes to look at them and talk about them every now and then. He's looking for a 67 now.

That's a shame. These cars were meant to be driven, not collect dust. [:'(]
