Default New member needs mechanic

I am a new member to this forum. I just purchased a 1967 Mustang which has been fully restored. I am looking for a reputable mechanic in the South Florida area to do some brake and suspension work to my car. If anyone can recommend a good(HONEST) mechanic I would greatly appreciate it.

My suggestion is that you contact the president of a local Mustang club to get some recommendations. Surely the big cities such as Miami, etc. have a club close to you. Those guys will know the good ones from the bad ones.

yay, another South Floridian! I've done most of the work myself and this is the only Mustang organization I talk to.lol so i cant help too much. But I can say there is a place near the Dolphin Mall that is progressive authorized all though they shouldnt be. They destroyed a car that belonged to my friend. I was gonna cry when I looked at it. I cant remember the name though...sorry. I can say that usually Tires Plus is pretty good, they might not be able to help too much since you need more work probably then they normally do but they're usually pretty good guys.

Drive it up to Georgia, Ill do the work, depending on what needs to be done, and then you can learn how to do it.
