Default New Motor-Old Stang?

Hi All-
Im actually workin on mocking up the suspension, as can be read in my other bothersome posts--however, I am wondering if anyone has any pics of a New (96-04 V-8 cobra, gt) motor installed in their vintage pony--prefably a 67-68?

Im just trying to get an idea of how well it actually does or doesnt fit. Also if I need to trim the shock towers at all? Just hopin to get an idea before I do serious shopping for a new-age motor!! I searched but didnt find much on this, so if there are posts already please point me in that direction! Thanks!

Maybe if you google image you can get something but i dont think anyone here has one of those. However, the new 4.6 liter is smaller than the 289(4.7L) so it should fit fine just a different bellhousing and other small things i guess.
