A remote mount master switch hidden under the car. A locked shop and the keys in my pocket are my back ups.

It is just an inline switch commonly known as a master switch. It has a short positive cable to the battery and a longer cable to the starter. They are readily available at any race shop , auto parts store or truck shop. Cost is about 25-30 dollars.

NPD has this new brake lock thing where you hook it to the steering wheel and the brake pedal and the pedal will be full depressed. cant drive with the brake on.

This has been discussed many times in the past, and guys still get their cars stolen even with inovative anti-theft devices. If they want your car bad enough, they just back a flat-bed with a winch on it, and they are off to their shop to dismantle your anti-lock device. However, most of these devices will stop the idiot kid who has very little experience in stealing cars. The best device, is a good insurance policy if it is parked outside. Another best device is "out-of-sight, out-of-mind." A locked garage....

I have an alarm system that I have not installed yet. It also has a motion sensor in it as well so, if they try to hook it up to a flat bed their out of luck.
