...I will do as someone else said, drive with the lights on (how about the hazard lights? LOL)...
LMAO, a bit of irony (for them)...

I usually turn my parking lights on, and then my fog lights...that usually works.

Well, here in Texas, I just drive the 65 just like I drive the 03 Mach. I haven't noticed anyone ignoring that I am bearing down on them at intersections or any other situation. I did, however notice that when I had my Honda Motorcycle that I was ignored, so ran with my lights on. That must be a California thing.

Of course. That is the nature of driving anywhere. I agree with everyone on here. We have to put up with idiots in the cities. But, ain't it a blast to open that sucker up on an open road?

You can't drive your classics like a classic (aka never drive your mustang any difference than you drive your regular old car). Otherwise you end up in situations that you don't normally get into. Take me for instance...left lane...FAST. Anytime I try to drive any different than that regardless of the car I am, I end up completely frazzled by people doing weird things I am not accustomed to.

you want to talk about crumby luck, this is a true story too......
About two years ago when i lived in an apartment, i had a garage for my mustang i drive now.....well anyhow, i used to drive my car during the summer to work, mainly because its a really fun drive. Well the previous night i decided not to put the car in the garage(old days when i wasnt as ****) so i parked next to a big ol POS chevy thinking ill be safe there i hadent seen the truck move in a couple days. Well i was wrong and the next morning i went outside to go to work, and a lady that i usually talked to before i went to work, asked me what happened to my car, i didnt know what she meant so i asked her and she said, "oh well the side of you cars got tire marks down the side and theres paint on the ground!" WTF so i ran over to the car to see the driver side quarter panel smashed in from the "c" all the way back.....!!!! the idiot driving the chevy truck that i thought wasnt going anywhere decided that backing his 28 inch tires into the side of my car(with a fresh paintjob at the time i might add) and not "noticing he even hit anything" just drove off. Well i came home that night, saw his truck, measured the tire scuff marks on my quarter panel, and measured the scuffs on his tires, took like 100 pictures and left about 10 on his front door(by the way his tires still had paint chips on there) and put a note, "he just to let you know, you hit my car today, and i know about it, if you dont have insurance, im gonna sue the s@#t out of you!!" Well the cops gave him a hit and run ticket, he didnt have insurance of course, so took him to court, got about 6 grand off him (its so easy to convince a judge that an old quater panel and having to strip the whole car back down because the paint cant be matched) besides thats how much i put into the first place, So needless to say, had to stripe the whole car down and get the quarter panel cut out and replaced.....what a nightmare. But the moral of the story is people dont respect other peoples possesions, and decide when the mess up, all they can do is say:wasnt me" but in reality chevys suck and so do there owners[:@]
