Is it possible to convert a basic stock mustang into a fastback?

 

you mean a coupe into a fastback?

yes it is.

is it easy? no way. but its possible.







you have to have welding skills of a jedi and a sh*t load of general know how...and probably get a little bit lucky also, to make it look right at least.

Who would wan to make a coupe into a fastback? I mean the time and cost factor would outweigh going out there and getting one. If you really want a fastback, sell the coupe and save your pennies and go out and get one. (Yes, fastbacks command top dollar, especially if in good shape)

yeah, the only way i could see this being done is for the sheer challenge. chances are you will lose a lot of money doing it and probably almost drive yourself to suicide.

p.s. - if u ever wanted to sell it...the VIN will still say its a coupe.
