frame bending

Default frame bending

Is it unusual for the frame of an original v8 car warped a little? im thinkin that my front crossmember might be bent a little, if i replace that will it help any?

It could have been in a wreck, and the front frame rail wasn't straightened or replaced. Yeah, it will help you to get the whole front suspension squared away if you get it right.

how hard is it to straighten the frame? its not bent much, just enough to annoy me. what kind of shop could i take my car to to get the frame straightened?

Some of the bigger body shops have frame machines.

I have heard the V8 mustangs to always bend and sag alittle in the front from all the wieght, and the I6's dont............ but it was just an alignment guy, that told me that.
