Can't find this part in the catalogs. Anybody know what it's called and off hand who carries it?

stiker assembly you can get them off of any old ford and some other cars of that era...should have a big washer and what looks like a
big bolt...

If your talking about the striker plate - can ge them new just about any supplier - NPD, Virginia Classic Mustangs, etc.

Well when I typed this post I just knew more info. was needed, but I couldnt expalin the piece I'm refering to for the sake of sounding stupid.
So here goes, the actual sheet metal the striker plate/bolt is bolted on to.
Hope that clarifies.

That sounds like a good name for it. Don't know if you can get them though. That one looks fine why do you need one?

When I removed the quarter panel, the lower right bottom section is swiss cheese. But, probably small enough to be repairable.
