previous owner placed a decal on the inside of the rear window (my '98). I have carefully scraped between the defroster stripes. in one place i wasn't as careful and some stripe was damaged.

anyway, know of something that will attack the decal but not the window or defrost stripes?

Note: the sticker is dated 2003. it is getting real old and powdery; i.e., it won't peel.

 

Dont you love previous owners? I would try Goof Off, but I dont know what that would do to the defroster stripe.
