Default Folding the boot

Didn't find the answer anywhere else after several searches and my owner's manual doesn't mention it.

What is the proper way to fold the boot on a 2004 convertible? There are4 lines of perforations, 2on each end. I can't figure out how to fold the darn thing and use the snap to secure it.Pics would be appreciated.

I know several folks think the boot is a PITA. I don't think it's that bad.

The boot is a PITA lol

I think the snaps on it are only meant to hold it in place on the car, and not to fold it up for storage. The boot itself will fit in the trunk if folded in half I think, right?

i got an 02 an mine folds diagonaly so the strap hold it in place sorta and then i put in the back where the window is like the hatchback cars have to get rid of the empty space when the top is up.
