wrong.

foxbody verts do not have sub frame connectors........... they do have the little puenny connectors that run from the k member to the frames, but thats it.

i don't think they would sell these if they already had them

Thanks,
I have the Edelbrock 3pt. strut tower brace. Could also look at the CHE K-member with torque arms, 'specially if you have a 5-speed manual.

I have driven all of the Verts from Ford from the Fox body to present and I will say that the s197 is wayyyy stiffer then any of the other previous verts. The problem with stiffening up the chassis more is that your stiffening up everything else as well (NVH) I look at things like this and say to myself..."how do I drive this car 360 days a year?" If the answer is your normal daily driver then I would leave it alone. You don't want it to be noisier, tranlate more road vibration and harshness from bumps through to your butt for the five days a year you drive it spirited. If you want it to drive and ride stiffer because you race it every weekend or only get it out on occasion and flog the pi$$ out of it then I would say you could look at making the changes to stiffen it up if not leave it be... and enjoy it.

The convertibles have some rear bracing that the coupes do not have. Our frame connectors will work on the convertibles but the bracing has to be modified. We also have strut tower braces for non supercharged cars as well as front and rear suspension pieces. Take a look at the link and if you have any questions please give us a call.

I'm also considering upgrading to better full length subframes for my car. I'm not making crazy power, and my best 60 ft so far is a 1.85, but if it won't cost too much money to get new ones welded in, I'd like some better insurance against twisting the frame somehow.
your other option is just sticking a bead on the stocker SFCs, i did that along with the brace on the K member up front and it made a differance,
