Default Cleaning

Well, I got a 98 Black mustang, with a WHITE top (don't ask, but the top is new as of 4 years ago)

Now, the only issue is the first owner worked about 5 mins from the biggest airport in Canada- so now its more of a "off white" to grey-brown crappy looking hippy gone wrong tie dyed color.

Any suggestions on easily (and cost effectively) getting it back to pretty white? Or better yet, can it be dyed to black without damage?

Or, does anyone have a clue how much a black replacement would cost in the US? I could take a road trip this winter...

Most new tops are from $9-1200 installed. If you can find someone to do a good install for cheap then you can save some cash. I paid $450? for my black electron top last year and $275 for an install
