Angry 68 vert issue

My 68 power top sits about 2 or so inches higher on the passenger side than on the driver side when down. I've checked the distance between the bows and it appears to be OK. I've adjusted side to side, but that didn't change anything. I adjusted the nut that adjusts the fit of the top to the door tops, and that didn't make any difference. Did I miss something? I can get the boot on, but the top framework on the passenger side is going to punch a hole in the boot if I'm not careful. Also the top vinyl is getting creased, and in one spot cut, by the frame when it folds down. Any suggestions?

Make sure nothing is bent, broken, or binding. Maybe check where the top mounts to the body and compare both sides. Thats all i can think of.
