Smile Lowering 01 vert GT

So, I've searched the forum but not seen a firm answer. I've always seen that our verts weigh a bit more than a coupe and thus use firmer rear springs....but the stangsuspension chart seems to show softer rear springs....what gives? I really like the height and ride of my stepsons Mach 1. Also like the price I've seen for a Mach 1 suspension kit. Any thoughts on this setup. I'm sure a front tower strut brace would help a lot as well. One more thought...I've seen the rear brace, and it mentions some welding needed. Anyone put one of these on? How much work involved? It would be great to get a real answer....not just guesses!
