Hello

My quarter window goes down but makes a nasty scratching sound.
On the outher side is some kind of felt guide thing.
You can see it as you look between the glass and outher window seal.
This seems to be the problem.
But how is this called and where can I get these?
I was already searching but its hard to find without a name or part number.
