I just bought a 04 Convertible with a new top. When they installed the top they ripped out the wires that goes into the rear view mirror that has my lights in it. Does anyone know what kind of connectors those are? The connectors are gone. Also is there some kind of special cleaner you are suppose to clean the top? Mine is black and I just used the car cleaner.

 

Cobra, why would the installers do that? The mirror and wiring harnesses don't have anything to do with the installation of a new conv. top., I know, that's what I do for a living.

Take it back to them and demand that they put things back the way they were or have them hire someone to do it.

This is not unreasonable.
