2007 Convertible top uneven when retracted

2007 Convertible top uneven when retracted
When I retract my top the passenger side alwyas sits about 2-3" higher.
im can puch it down by hand, but after i hit a bump it's right back. not a big thing but a littlwe annoying.
Any thoughts on how to fix?
