Smile convertible top stuck

Hi everyone. So, i have a 1989 Vert GT. The old top was slashed and the frame broken. So i bought a 1990 Vert GT and switched the whole vert frame to my 89, minus the pump and cylinders. (they are also on my 89, but the cylinders are not installed to the top). So, everything fit together perfect, but the top doesn't want to close all the way. It feels like it gets stuck. The front half doesn't want to straighten out so that it can reach the windshield. Its like this now, how it is in the picture.

Binding somewhere, probably in a long joint. The thing with top frames is if a joint is loose, the whole thing will bind. Find a spot with a loose rivet or bolt, and that's likely the source.

Default Smile convertible top stuck

We fixed it today.

At the bottom of this bar,

there is a bracket with four holes, and we turned it like this (sorry for crappy drawing but i don't know what this bracket is called so i can get a pic of it),

instead of this way,

that's why the front half didn't want to extend.
