Default Order Process

I was just curious to how the ordering process worked with Cruizin Concepts. I placed an order early Thursday (June 18). To my surprise, I was sent an email saying that I would be contacted regarding my order. Is this normal? I figured that I after I placed the order, that was it - done deal.

In addition, I tried calling the toll free number a few times and could never get ahold of anyone. Also, I tried contacting a representative on AIM but to no avail.

I was just wondering if this is an ideal situation or if I messed up along the way or something.

Thanks for any input.

Well, I tried emailing them as well and my email was returned saying that the mailbox was full.

Anybody?
