Mustang with IRS?

What is IRS? How do you know if your mustang has IRS or not? (I want to buy springs and they sell with IRS or without, and I don't know what to get) I drive a 2002 Mustang GT V8 2V 4.6L...Thanks

Independant rear suspension.

You have it if there's not a solid axle connecting the rear wheels.
