Default Valve Covers...

Ok, so if I am in the wrong section please don't hurt me. I am a newbie here!

I am looking for a set of chrome valve covers for my Mustang. They aren't just any old covers though... They are stamped with the word "mustang" and the ford logo. The words look like they are painted in with a grey sparkle metallic color. I found them at the Ford Swap Meet in Columbus, Ohio this past weekend. Well stupid me didn't buy them right away and when I went back to buy them before I left they had already been sold I don't know who makes them or anything. I am soooooo bummed out and I keep kicking myself for not buying them when I first saw them. If anyone has any idea as to who may make them or where I can find them I would be really grateful. I have looked tons of places online with no luck! Thanks for the help!!!

Those weren't the valve covers I was talking about, but I like those a lot! The only thing I really liked about the covers I am looking for is that the stamped words were painted in with a greyish/silverish sparkle metalic kinda color. I fell in love with the way the words seemed to pop out because of the paint. Although I did like that they said "Mustang" on them. The dealer also had other valve covers that had things like "motorsports" and "302" stamped on them.

Oh yeah, and for those who didn't read my post in the "new members" forum, I own a white 97 GT Conv.! I will post pics when I finally take some (which will be as soon as the weather breaks so I can give it a good cleaning)!

Thanks for trying to help me out!!!!

You could always try getting some you like the physical appearance of and get them powedercoated, there's some really cool effects they can do with that.
