Default GT Emblem Removal

Has anyone removed the chrome GT Emblems on the side of their cars? If so, did it damage the paint and were you able to get all of the adhesive off?

Thanks

you will probably have a hole in your finder. i know the v6 pony emblem left a hole. the adhesive will come off if you work at it enough. if your carefull the whole time, it wont damage anything, just leave that hole

That's what I thought too.. Paint thinner will take all the adhesive off.

Thanks guys. I'm not a huge chrome fan, but if there is gonna be a hole, the emblems will be staying on.

Yeah there will be a hole left over, so leave them on unless you want to have them shaved but that'll be a lot of $$$

the hole is only big enough to stick a pecil through , not very noticable if you ask me.
