If it is truly stained, you may be SOL.

But for a good leather cleaning and conditioning product, I like Lexol. Comes in 2 bottles, one is the cleaner, one is the conditioner. Works great and smells good too.

It may be wear and tear areas in your seats your seeing. Not actual dirt.
I use meguiars Gold Class rich leather cleaner/conditioner. This stuff works awesome.
Also I use meguiars #40 vinyl & rubber cleaner/conditioner on the dash and side panels to complete the interior.
Great products.

I have some leather cleaner from wal-mart that gets them clean...You might have stained them, try a cleaner that instructs you to let it sit before wiping clean

This may sound crazy, but Bermans Leather or a furniture store with leather furniture may offer an alternative. Good luck. Can't go wrong with anything Meguires!

All you need is a water based cleaner and a scrub brush. Just wiping cleaner on the leather, won't loosen out dirt from in the grain of the leather. But as mentioned above, the dye on your seats are most likely cracking - normal wear and tear and age. I do dye work on a daily basis on '05 vehicles just from wear and tear.

For everyday cleaning, I keep a packet of babywipes in the glovebox. If its kind and soft enough for a baby's bum then my leather is sorted. Once a week, I use either Mother's leather conditioner or a product we have over here called Liquid Leather.

i have a 99 GT 35th Anniversary Limited Edition. My seats are charcoal and silver ( you too??) the silver gets dirty kinda quick. But if you get Mother's leather cleaner, and Mother's leather conditoner you'll be alright. Get a used toothbrush ( one that has the bristels all blown out and matted) spray the cleaner on the seat and clean the seats gently with the toothbrush. you can watch all the dirt come off! Remember to use the condtioner after cleaning your leather, or your seats will get all dried out and may start to crack.
