Tree sap removal?

Damn tree pooped on my far a few days ago and now i have little dots of sap on my hood. Whats best to get them off? I have Zymol (or however its spelled) cleaner wax would that do it or do i need something else???

Yes cleaner wax should work, and its always best to get it right away. i have bug and tar remover made by turtle wax that works really well too.

well it looks like it want tree sap after all which im happy about , but it was soda i believe and that makes me mad. Thr rain washed it off tho for the most part. Now its time to give the car a real bath

I left one of my cars parked under this tree for about two months w/ sap all over it. I tried sooooo many different things to get it off (peanut butter, every bug & tar remover, etc.). I ended up buying one of the cheapest cleaners at the store and it worked flawlessly compared to all the top of the line brands (mothers, turtle wax, etc.) If anyone wants to know what it was called I still have it...... I just need to find it lol

when worked at a detail place we used stuff we called"pink****" it was a wax and acitone mixed

Isopropyl alcohol works well on sap. You will need to wax that area afterwards though.
