is there any kind of soap or washing stuff that makes your look wet once you have dried it and everything?

I use Poorboys Super slick suds,Meguiars shampoo plus, and Optimum car wash. All 3 make the paint feel slick, have good foaming action, and seem to add a gloss when you are done washing. I also use this stuff called spray & wipe. It is a waterless car wash. As long as the vehicle doesn't have a lot of mud or dirt you can use it. Just spray on and wipe off with a microfiber.
