That shift **** is the style that was found in the 2003-04 cobras. That one is very pricey. Try www.50resto.com, if I remember right, the have them for like $60 and in a 5-spd pattern.
they have similar ones that were off of the 03-04 Cobra but did you notice in the pic where the sixth speed says "F'in Fast" instead of a 6?

I have seen the style in 5 speed, sites already mentioned, but not with the "special" 6th gear label on 5th gear. If anyone does find it just like that, for a 5 spd, please post!

Also, have you tried emailing the seller to see if he will say where he got it? I would just tell him that you need 5, not 6, he/she may tell you where to get it. Seems a bunch here might be interested in it as a 5 speed. I would definitely buy one.

you could try a D.I.Y. (do-it-yoself)

get one of those clear laser printer labels and print the same illustration then cut out a circle the size of your shift **** then cut out a blank circle the same size

peel the blank circle and stick it over the printed one so the ink won't run or smear off

now stick it to your shift ****

enjoy! LOL

DIY isn't bad either, the "blank" **** would definitely be cheaper.....
