Default Scratch Marks

Hey Guys,

I am a pretty avid detailer, Zaino- I just purchsed my 06' Vista blue, It has a few sratch marks already just from 1 wash!!. Any one else get that from a brand new car?, Zaino should help. Would claying the car help or not really with scrathes, I know it will smooth it out?

-Regards

Claying won't help with scratches. It will get the contaminants out of your paint. To get the swirls out you need a polish/swirl remover.

Claying is when you take a clay bar with some lubricant (normally a detail spray) and use it to remove paint contaminants.

First off, the cars surface has to be PERFECTLY clean. Then, you use the detail spray, and mist down a 3X3 section of body panel, and rub the clay bar over the area until its smooth.

Wipe off with soft cloth, and move to another section.

Then, you can apply swirl remover/polish or wax depending on how much gloss you want to have.
