This may be far from possible, but I was wondering if anyone has seen it done or knows of an available kit of some kind to make a FOX hatchback into a removable top? I know it'd be a bear to deal with but it would be an awesome custom look in my mind.

I can picture fitting the car with doors from a drop top and attaching the upper seals from a regular door to the roof piece maybe...?

Anyone have anything?

 

I've never seen it but it sounds cool, I love removable tops.

 

you could do targa top. or a vinyl top around a frame. i do not know how to do it.

 

Doing that would require alot of other work on the car. The body would have to be reinforced and I am sure there would be other problems but what I see in my mind looks pretty cool.
