what abot the "Meguiars smooth surface clay kit" and some Meguiars NXT, wil that help the webbing ?

The Meguiar's clay is just fine.

As for NXT, it may not hide/fill the spiderwebbing like a 3-step would (specifcally the glaze)... I don't have first-hand experience with NXT in trying to deal with spiderwebbing, but I doubt it'll do what you want it to do. It won't hurt to try, however.
Step three is just pure carnuba. NXT is a sealant/tech wax that will fix and fill voids. You can use a pure sealant such as Klasse, Poorboys or Pinnacle to fill voids as well.

well im taking back the meguiars stuff and i got the mouthers 3 step and clay bar
