is it harmful to the paint if u use a california duster on a dusty car?

Nope, not at all!

Infact I insist you go out and buy one, they are freakin' amazing!

just remember its for dust...not dirt. you still need to wash every once and a while.

They're probably ok... i just dont like the idea of rubbing sumthing over my paint... but that's just me...

Ditto - I use one on my Saleen everytime I park it in the garage and cover it up. Doesn't harm anything.

great product. works every time. it really comes in handy for me becaues i can wash my car and less than 24 hours later i will have a nice coat of dust over the whole car.....

I use the duster on the interior and a microfiber for the exterior.

+1 That's the key to using the duster..only for dust...otherwise you'll be stratching the paint...

question. after you have used your duster for a while, is it recommended to clean it. and if so, how? mine still works great but it isn't red anymore. getting black from the dust.
