Default taking off the rust

i bought my car a while back and i bought it with rust on my mac perofrmance exhaust...anybody knwo the best way to take off all that rust and make it shine like new again? should i buy a brillow pad and really good shine or something?

Use the finest steel wool you can find. That will remove the rust. The only bad thing is, it will rust again.

Use some naval jelly on it , this stuff works real good!
