+1 Nxt is great, but after using zaino ill never look back.
Your not kidding. I have never seen anything as good as Zaino. Here's my old T/A, I just ordered some ZFX, Z5 & Z2 yesterday for my Mustang.

Most of how a car looks is in the prep work...claying,swirl removal, and polishing. There are many different brands out there that work well. It is really just personal preference. Here are a few pics of some other products. THe first one is a hood shot. The reflection was amazing.

I clayed it first. Then Polished with Optimum Compound and then did the final polish with the Optimum Polish. Then Poorboys EX sealant with carnuba topped with Poorboys Natty's blue.

NXT is a good product, but for the money, you can get better.

But like others here said, the key is preparation, not so much the wax. If you really clean up the finish properly, you could buff candle wax into it and it will look good. (Well, not really, but you know what I mean.)

For what it's worth, I use a claybar, then Klasse All-in-One. I top it with P21s pure carnuba when I go to a show or cruise night. (look at my garage for some pics)
